"The perfect location in Puerto Escondido. We stayed in the Areca cabin for one month. From the moment we arrived everything was fantastic. The location was excellent, a few minute walk to the beach and restaurants yet far enough away to have a restful quiet holiday. The cabins are basic but everything you need for long term. Nice pool, grounds well laid out for privacy between cabins, air conditioning, hot water. Great bed, huge bathroom, very secure. The owners Venancio and Erin are friendly...

Every question was answered and clear instructions were given for check-in etc. The property itself is great. Walking distance to Playa Carazalillo - beautiful beach with a beach club where you can rent beach beds and get food and drinks. Also walking distance to Rinconada’s restaurants and shops. Overall, great location in a quiet neighborhood....

"We had such a wonderful stay here - great living area (comfy couches and smart TV) and kitchen with big table. Lots of natural light throughout the whole place. Cute and quiet neighborhood - about 10 min walk into town but even faster if you rent mopeds. Host was very responsive and helpful! We were working remotely and the setup was great - desks and AC in every room and very sturdy WiFi."
