"It is a beautiful house with three levels to comfortably accommodate a group of 18. Close to the Malecon so access to downtown was easy. The terrace makes the house though! The view is amazing. We found ourselves spending the majority of the time on the terrace no matter what time. I don't know how summer will feel as I don't remember seeing A/Cs, but wintertime was awesome. "Grants home was the perfect place for our group. We enjoyed every level of the house. The views are spectacular as well as the sound of the ocean. Definitely get the golf carts. There was an issue with the hot water and pressure but not giving a bad review because as a host myself I know sometimes these Things happen. We had Able and Nancy cook for us 2 nights I highly recommend that. "

"The street leading up to private gated community is a bit dark but once the gate keeper opens it and as you walk in the property the place is very nice and clean it met my specifications for us to stay. Walmart is about a 5 minute drive, at night and during the day you will find tacos stands near by and other restaurants to enjoy. There is also an Oxxo store more like 7 eleven store. We enjoy the villa, we didn’t have time for the pool but looks pretty nice."

"Doria, Tony, and Mary were all wonderful and very receptive to our needs. Tony and Mary both speak English which made things easier. Doria was there every morning (except Sunday) with continental breakfast and it was wonderful. We asked Doria to cook two evening meals for us and the diablo shrimp was far superior to what my daughter had at the Blue Shrimp by the beach. Her enchiladas were also very good. "My family loved staying here. Plenty of space for the 8 of us. Staff was amazing. I would recommend using the chef services for sure. Very convenient also loved the other staff as well as our drivers. Alejandra was always in close contact and there’s always staff available. They’re all very kind and nice and made for a very memorable stay."
