"Overall the experience was great, the location of the property is pretty good with multiple things to do (playgrounds, small zoo, restaurants, 30 min away from downtown, 1 hr away from San Miguel de Allende). The owner of the property was very attentive and available/supportive with the problems faced during my stay. On the downside we faced a couple of problems with the water heater and there was no hot water during the first day, we had to flush ourselves the water heater to make it work,...

"This is a great home - our third trip to Querétaro, and our favorite rental home by far. The back yard is nice with the patio area and a small garden, and the laundry machines. Downstairs is the kitchen, dining area, living areas, and a half bath. The furniture is the most comfortable we have found in Querétaro rentals. "We had a wonderful time staying at this condo in Juriquilla. It is conveniently located with lots of shops and three grocery stores within walking distance. We enjoyed our morning walks. We visited 5 Pueblos Mágicos during our stay. Vianney put us in contact with Hugo, our driver who picked us up at the airport and took us on our day trips. Vianney answers all questions very quickly and is helpful. We enjoyed our evenings on the roof top. Perfect spot for a vacation."

"We stayed at this property for 3 nights. We were 3 adults and 3 children. The house was very spacious and more than enough room for all of us. The house is very well kept and the heated Pool was the kid’s favorite!! The town, Tequisquiapan, is a beautiful “Pueblo Mágico.” The food, wine, cheese were amazing. "The hotel is located very close to the centre of the city, it is an Oasis in the middle of all the concrete jungle. The gardens are very well maintained and the pool is great. I noticed a lot of families this was during the weekend. A nice place to atay with good internet service and cable. "

"Property was clean and great service. Hotel carpet needs an update. Also, a foul smell was coming out of the bathroom drain, it needs some improvement. Breakfast buffet does need more breakfast options, it was very limited. But we really liked the hotel, and the staff was professional and helpful."
