"Went with my family of 11 for a reunion. There is so much square footage that you don't feel crammed, even with that many.Sara and Paula cooked breakfast and lunch for us during the week. They were both great cooks and we just told them to make whatever they wanted too. Not disappointed at all. This was very inexpensive for a group our size.The house is very clean. The manager Ana Paula was very responsive and helpful.We would go back for sure."

"A group of 5 of us stayed in this house for 11 days - absolutely loved our time in Huatulco. The house is in a great location - easy to walk to the beach, into the little town for food, or even into La Crucecita - either along the road or up the walkway. It was VERY clean, and all the necessities were provided. The kitchen appliances were all top notch, and lots of cups and glasses!It was wonderful having 4 bedrooms - and if you had all the windows closed, they were very good at keeping unwanted...

"If you enjoy a location that is walking distance to everything you need. "This is the property". 15 -20 minutes to beaches/ Restaurants/ and Grocery stores. And if you want to stay at the vacation rental it has an outstanding pool to keep you cool. "

"If you want a quiet place with nice views this is it,a car or taxis a must,15 min hike down to Playa la Mina,unit is in need of some maintenance,worn out fry pans etc.no hot water for kitchen sink,bathroom sink no hot water,toilet flush sticky etc. Basically a small studio type room"

"Well..this might be the best thing we’ve done in awhile..a vacay with family in a super environment…beautiful place..the owners are terrific..Diana and Johnny…thank you..you guys are the best…Johnny..the hardest working man in Mexico made sure the pool was clean and everything was taken care of..my family was thrilled with the place…a little away from everything…but taxis are cheap…anyway well done both of you…would luv to do it again"

"Location, location, location! One of the closest spots to the beach. Beautiful view! We saw whales from the terrace. The water is an amazing color! Communication from the host was top-notch. Very responsive. When we needed something, it was immediately provided. This place is more like “glamping”. No doors. No private space. There is a safe for passports but other than that, there is no security to the floor in which this is located. I would not stay here as a single female. Some screens needed...

"My husband and I stayed here mid Jan. of 2025. The room was perfect, it had all that we needed. Noah and his beautiful family were very respectful of our privacy and a blessing to get to know. The neighborhood was quiet, which we so greatly appreciated! We felt very safe! There where plenty of places to eat near their home and was a short taxi drive to beaches, mercados, downtown, restaurant's, and shopping. "Our family really enjoyed our stay at Casa Sa. It is a beautiful house located in a gated community in Sector O. The house is very clean and each of the 4 bedrooms has its own en suite bathroom. The location of the house is perfect. It is away from the tourist zones, but you are also close to everything - 5 minute drives to the Chedraui grocery store, downtown Santa Cruz, Central Park in La Crucecita, and several beautiful beaches. Our hosts were extremely welcoming and accommodating. Thank you...

"We absolutely loved staying here. The property is gorgeous and perfect for big groups. Diana was super attentive and available as were her staff. Everyone was helpful. The property is pretty deep in the neighborhood, but it was very easy to get taxis to and from. Overall we were very happy with our stay here and would definitely stay again. "

"It's a nice, quiet place. The pool is under the trees so constant cleaning is needed which is done often by the clients throughout the day. Avoid rooms 15, 16, & 17 as due to the design of the hallway, the mosquitos have no escape and congregate there in large numbers. The 2nd floor suites are lovely. The area is residental and is very quiet. "

"Beautiful hotel with spacious rooms. If you are looking for a place to relax and enjoy some quality time with your family, Celeste is perfect. Staff is very friendly, they are great at providing whatever you need and the property is very clean. It has a private beach so no crowds and a nice swimming pool. Definitely coming back! Thank you to all the staff for being so welcoming."

"Loved it all. Staff were amazing. The most friendly we ever had. The lobby bar server's were especially nice. Cannot say enough! Actually the most annoying thing was how some of the " entitled" guests treated the staff. Pretty awful. Yet the Staff never pushed back. We stepped in once when a sign clearly stated a rule. The staff tried to enforce it. The guests ignored it and argued with staff very aggressively. The staff members were incredibly polite to them enforcing the rule. We and many other guests approached the staff after telling them how well tgey gandled the awful guests. Well done!"

"What an amazing place!!! Not only is it exceptionally beautiful, but it is also extremely clean. You can tell that the owners take great pride in giving their guests the best experience possible. The restaurants on site are some of the best rated and having had the opportunity to dine both at Aroma and Marea, I have to agree. The hotel also has two beautiful pools with view of the ocean and beach access is also very easy. They also have daily entertainment for their guests. We were lucky enough to enjoy movie at the beach, opera at the beach and salsa music with classes at the beach. And if you choose to venture into town, a 5 minute taxi ride will get you there. Hope you enjoy this location as much as we did."

"Our family had a wonderful experience at the resort!! The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The walk to the beach club is very short and it was a great mix of ocean, beach club, and hotel pool/bar for bathing!! I am hopeful to stay with Binniguenda again in the future!!! Thank you!!!"
