"The friendliness and efficiency of the staff was wonderful! Severe greeted by Mateo upon our arrival and I felt we would be in good hands. Our family enjoyed the delicious meals and drinks in the dining room. The wait staff-Alejandro, Hugo, Albert, and Abdel ( I think that was his name) were excellent! I would definitely like to come back to Hotel Belo again. The beach area was rather small but there was a large pool area. "

"Second time my wife and I visited Mexico. This resort is extremely clean, well staffed, organized, and offers plenty of onsite entertainment to keep you on the resort. Not to mention the beautiful beaches and clear blue water! Would highly recommend Riu Latino to any adult couple looking to relax, have fun, and enjoy a vacation. "

"Great dining options, the property was really nice, the rooms especially. One downside was there was only 1 hot tub on the property and the two pools were on the opposite sides. I would have preferred if they had more hot tubs/pools."

"Overall the stay was great, friendly and accommodating staff, waiters and bar tenders, if you're on the Ocean View side of the hotel, there are no elevators, those are only located at the front of the Hotel, food options were good, we mostly ate at the Buffet, kids loved the water slides, Manny the Pool waiter was very attentive and quick to bring drinks, would stay again"

"The weather wasn’t great the entire week, so we didn’t get the true experience of a tropical vacation- no fault of the resort. The beach was gorgeous with a close by bar and plenty of seating. The pool was nice, but beach chairs were snapped up early and the staff didn’t really help out with this. Drinks and food were readily available. The entertainment area is being upgraded - not fully open-and wasn’t the best for our group. We enjoyed the bands in the Rendezvous lounge though. Food was not...
