"They responded to an inquiry about cleanliness (dirty floor upon check in) immediately. It was a safe entry system! Slowest moving elevator I have ever experienced, LoL! The included breakie was nice to start most days with!"

"We loved being in the new part of the hotel and having a little balcony looking into the ocean. Our room was very quiet except for the crashing of the waves! The hotel is located close to the Malecon and there were lots of dining options."

"Super clean, jungle environment. Quiet resort. Could use another restaurant for dinner and the beach transport more frequent and later in the evening. Overall great resort. Not your typical mexico all inclusive. Beach staff and food were awesome. Great beach too"
