The only two, very nitpicky problems, were 1) the location is far from many attractions and it's a 40 min drive to downtown, and 2) some of the lounge chairs in the pool areas have seen better days."

"Surrounded by the jungle and mountains,you are in the only big resort on the Bay. The Zoo is in walking distance, and many tours are available from the front desk. We had excellent meals at the different restaurants. Swimming and snorkelling in the bay is a blast, and Los Arcos is very close. Oh, and the Taco lady makes 'em fresh and fast."

"The food was very good, there are lots of supper options for restaurants. There are lots of pool options with 3 pools, heated or natural both avaliable. There is a hot tub, tennis, ping pong, fooseball, beach volleyball and activites throuough the day. It is about 25-30 mins from puerto vallarta for shopping, so keep that in mind. You can book excusions through the hotel, Jose is the best to work with. If you choose vallarta adventures you can leave through the nuevo vallarta port which is about...

"Staff is very friendly and helpful. The pool area is lovely and servers are great! Our experience here was great just wish that our balcony door would lock to avoid traffic noise. We did find hard to sleep as our room is right on the road side. "
