"The service at the restaurant was fantastic. Specially the sea food restaurant ! Amazing of food and an amazing service. The Chef Christian and Luna created a extraordinary menu for us! Ricardo, Jashia,Isabel and Emiliano are very professional and great hostess!"

"This was a step down from what I experienced in Cancun but I was told that is too be expected. Staff was great. Food was good but they did close some of the restaurants for dinner. One was about to be remodeled and others were closed because there weren't enough guests to justify keeping them all open. I am luck that this only happened on my last day. I would recommend this hotel if you understand that resorts in this location are not as luxurious as the equivalent resort in Cancun."

"For our 1st trip to Mexico the Krystal Grand Neuvo did not disappoint. All the staff were so wonderful and accommodating. We loved the variety of restaurants. When we asked for a room upgrade there was no hesitation. The beach was beautifully well kept. We loved absolutely our experience and plan to bring our kids for our next trip! "

"Interesting resort in the forest. Perfect for families as there are many small pools and the water is kept warm/hot. Water park and lazy river are great for kids. Missing is a pool for adult and a cooler pool for swimmers."

"It’s a dated property but worked for us as all we wanted to do was lay by a pool and do nothing. Our room was good with the AC but the unit was very noisy. They didn’t tell us the WiFi password when we checked in so we had to ask someone else for it. They also didn’t tell us the you have the make reservations at the restaurants at 9:01 am every morning for that night. They only have limited spaces for reservations or you are at the buffet. "Great little resort. Food was good and both à la carte restaurants as well as the buffet always had a great selection. Probably some of the best food that I’ve had at an all-inclusive. Not a ton of seating around the pool but lots of seating on the beach do you need to get down there to save a chair by 9 AM? Staff is great, no complaints."
