"Staff was excellent. Unfortunately we were not notified that half the pools were under construction until the day we arrived. The pool and slides that were open were fun, but much more limited than I expected from the pictures I saw at booking. The room was nice at first glance but super shoddy upon further inspection. There were gaps between the flooring and walls and flooring and thresholds that varied from a few centimeters to nearly an inch. "

"The condos are spacious and comfortable. They have large bathrooms and full kitchen. The only drawback is the decor is a bit outdated. We enjoyed walking around and playing mini golf on the property. "

"We really enjoyed our stay at Summer Bay Orlando. The room seemed pretty new and was very clean. Pools and hot tubs were open late which was a plus as well. They were a bit pushy about getting you to do their time share pitch, but otherwise really great. "
