I woke up at 3am to use the bathroom and found a roach in my bathroom. I went to the front desk to show a picture of the roach and was told he would let the manager know. There was 0 follow up and no offer to move to another room. Also the hallways smell terrible and the couch was filthy. The mattress inside the couch was covered in yellow stains I assume was pee so we could not use it.
