"This hotel is better than I expected and the location is just perfect! The staff is super friendly and accommodating. English is not an issue and everyone spoke just fine! We got the deluxe queen room and it was well sized. The hotel room is quiet despite being in the heart of old quarter. I loved it! This will be one of the hotels I returned to next time in Vietnam! Thank you to all the hotel staff, you are wonderful!"

"We stayed on board one night and then in a lovely bungalow at Catba Sandy Beach Resort the second. The staff, food? And service were wonderful both nights. The boat however, was due to be retired. I should add that there are many others in this condition. Look closelywhen you book."

"the staff was nice enough. the stay was far from luxurious. paying that amount of money for a room and being charged a ridiculous amount for watered down alcohol not to mention so much as a free water or soft drink i understand that is out of the staffs control. being fed reheated pasta and rice ,paper thin sliced chicken with mustard, bland barely warm fish. it was a pathetic experience for the price. again mostly out of the control of the staff. simply would not recommend."
