"The staff were great and tried their best always. We were notified ahead of arrival that our family suite wasnt available so they put us in a suite with two roll aways for two nights and gave us a hotel credit to use in rhw spa or restaurant. We were then moved to our correct room by staff. Breakfast buffet was generous. Location was terrific with the lake and many bars and restaurants only 5 min walk. The area around the hotel ft very safe."

"I stayed for two nights. The furnishings were not nearly as nice as portrayed in the photo, they were old and worn. There wasn't an individual shower, there was a hose on the wall and everything in the bathroom gets wet. Bring your own toiletries. There were also ants in the room. I was told that breakfast began at 7am. I arrived at 7:05am and the entire buffet had been wiped clean by 6 Chinese tourists. It was not replenished until after 7:20am.
