"Property was very clean and check in was a breeze"

"PLEASE DO NOT PICK THIS PLACE. Absolutely useless. The property does not communicate with you, and the number and email provided gave no responses. I was stuck waiting iutside the the place in the middle of the night after a long flight, only to find no entrance, no sign, and 0 communication take place even when i wrote to them 2 days prior about my late entry. I had to book another hotel. Not once did the hotel respond or reach out to me for not being there, and Expedia was entirely useless as...

"a great place to stay outsode of the city center. just get a grab bike and you can get anywhere you need. otherwise quiet with a mix of local and chain restaurants. great cafe on the roof with a good breakfast and good coffee"

"Not so far the way but the taxi so experience, if you want to have a cheaper taxi, you need walk about 50-100m from the hotel and take taxi cap there."

"Very clean place. Very modern. Feels like a mini condo. View out of the window was virtually non existent but doesn't matter. Still get lots of natural lighting. There's a chicken or cockatoo that will wake you up at 4am straight through till 8am or so though. And it's off the main road so you'll be hearing cars and bikes throughout the day. Normal if you're used to Vietnam city culture but could be jarring if you're expecting a quiet stay. It's walkable to a few places but at the same time...

"We had the absolute best time at this studio. The staff was super welcoming and helpful with our many questions. They went above and beyond to make sure our room was set, laundry done in a timely manner and our breakfast needs were met. The welcome tea and treats were a lovely way to start our stay. It’s also a great location being a 30 minutes walk to the old town. They set our airport transfer professionally. The studio is beautiful and well maintained. We will definitely be back!"
