Location is little bit outside of the town, but easy ride from airport and quick taxi ride to town. It’s nice to discover local places, for sure not touristy like Hanoi. "

"A very enjoyable stay. The staff here are the friendliest staff I’ve ever encountered at any restaurant in any part of the world. Always taking their time to listen to your questions and concerns. Very quick to come up with solutions or stopping what they are doing to meet your needs. Staff here speaks very gently and always polite with great manners. They are multilingual, I’ve heard them speak Korean, Vietnamese and English fluently. Great laundry service, you put your dirty clothes in a basket that they give you, leave it outside your hotel room in the morning, and they return it clean, smelling fresh and neatly organized. Price for the laundry service was great compared to other hotels I’ve stayed at. The area is great, looks to be an area in Hai Phong that has lots of Korean, Japanese and Chinese restaurants surrounding. But also lots of Vietnamese cuisine. Lots of coffee places to choose from, including a Starbucks at the end of the street. Hotel room is always kept clean, they had water bottles in the hotel room for us to buy and pay for later. They seen we were drinking lots of the water, so next time they left us 4 bottles instead of the usual 2. And the prices of the bottles were just like in the market. So this to me was really good. Staff are at the front desk 24 hours, we parked our motorbikes outside the front door, and there was always someone there to watch overnight. Safe area to be in all day long."

"It’s a wonderful place for vacation, very nice room and comfortable, good buffet breakfast, nice Gym, hot tub, nice steam room, nice sauna, very private room separate room for Men, separate for women. Hugh swimming pool, Separate for children area. Good delicious buffet breakfast with many choices. A must stay. Hotel, we were booked for 1 night, but decided to staying total of 3 nights stayed for "

"So the room had plenty of space with a kitchen and dining area as well. Check in was easy. What really let us down was that there were many areas that were dirty. The vents were covered in dust and I mean covered; the towels were very rough because they’ve been around for a long time; the shower easily flooded the surrounding bathroom floor. We had to lay towels down to slow the flooding. Turning the shower head away didn’t help either. The couch had stains from prior residents as well. Hate to say it, but we probably wouldn’t return "
