"AMAZING! The highlight for me was definitely the room. It was spacious, incredibly comfortable, and beautifully designed. The bed was so cozy, and the decor was nice, creating the perfect atmosphere to relax after a long day of exploring the city. The room also had great amenities, including a fantastic shower and luxurious toiletries. It truly felt like a home away from home. I can’t wait to stay here again on my next visit to New York!"

"One of two elevators was out of order - but didn’t present that much of a problem - they are pretty fast, so only a slightly shorter wait sometimes. A closer place to buy water and snacks etc might be nice…but not a big deal. Construction of a huge new building on the corner requires walking thru tunnels…again, not that big a deal. "
