"My one night stay at ModernHaus Soho was good. Room was clean/updated and very adequate for a short stay. I had breakfast in their cafe. Food was good; service was lacking. Was never offered refill on coffee. Server did not come back to table to check on us. Only got their attention to pay check when I put my coat on and stood up to leave. "

"It is close to many shopping, entertainment and restaurants. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The only downsize is that it didn't come with a mini fridge. The space was small so I don't know where they would have put it anyway."

"Beautiful hotel! Everyone who works there goes out of their way to make you feel welcome and special! Loved the “Library”. "I just stayed at Crosby Street Hotel for 6 nights and it was one of the best hotels I have stayed in and match the Firmdale's excellent service. These people know how to run a hotel. The head concierge Chris and his protege Freddy are excellent as are the front desk staff. Nothing is too much trouble.
