"This was my second stay at the Broome. The rooms are very stylish, and mostly quiet. I had a torn bedsheet on my bed, which seemed odd, and not up to the standards of the place. Breakfast was much better on one morning than the other, which was also a bit odd. Otherwise, a great stay. Very convenient for Soho shopping and other delights of NYC. "

"I just stayed at Crosby Street Hotel for 6 nights and it was one of the best hotels I have stayed in and match the Firmdale's excellent service. These people know how to run a hotel. The head concierge Chris and his protege Freddy are excellent as are the front desk staff. Nothing is too much trouble.
