We were woken up at 1am with a loud knocking on our door. We believe it was a pizza delivery service that put menu slips under everyone’s door in the evening. They were delivering to the wrong room. I had never stayed in a hotel where you can knock on random doors this late at night. My partner and I were woken up in shock. There should not be a service knocking on doors this late.

This is a marvelous place to stay when you have a flight in or out of Miami International airport. There is a free shuttle to the airport, a lovely restaurant & bar on the 9th floor where you can watch airplanes landing, they offer long term parking for about $13 a night. The staff are fabulous!! Very welcoming!

I was told when making reservations that I could check in early if a room was available… I arrived around noon exhausted from traveling to be told I had to Pay an extra $60 to check in. RIDICULOUS Staff was horribly rude….. hotel full of drunks. Will NEVER stay again

We had a canceled flight and this was a last minute booked stay after our cruise. We figured holiday inns are normally always nice, and it said bus transport to the airport so we went for it. The location itself was not terrible, however the hotel was very outdated. The elevators creeked, smelt musty, and the carpet in our room was very dirty. You almost didnt wanna sit or walk on it. No breakfast included, even though it was listed to include it in the expedia advertisement. My husband caught a cold after our 2 nights, we will NOT be back for our future stays in Miami. The only positive was that the bed was comfy.
