I received a call from the Front desk and was accused of being loud and making too much noise in my room while I was sitting doing paperwork with the tv off. Also, the bathtub was stained, in need of re-caulking and the floors were dirty to the point of staining my socks black. I then received an unannounced $50 additional hold charged to my card on top of the original $12 at check in. Aside from that, the food from the lobby restaurant was good and the staff were all polite and helpful.

Me and my friends were staying here during our 3 day trip for rolling loud and it was very uncomfortable. when we first got into the room there were stains all over the floor and leftover food crumbs on the bed sheets and bed frame from previous guests i’m assuming. the shower was not clean at all and had dirt in crevices all around. the sink got clogged just while simply trying to wash our hands or face. the only good part apart the hotel is the helpful receptionist but other than that i will not stay here again and will not recommend this place to anybody.

We have been a few time in this hotel it is not clean enough second floor it is very dirty and the bathroom it is in bad condition two time we have stayed in the nine floor and it is much better it need a little loving care carpets are dirty

Very disappointed Not a very clean or maintained hotel. There was garbage and debris in the elevator when checking in and was still there at 10 am the next day The bathtub has black mold around the tub and having a bathtub one of my requests Overall the hotel room did not smell clean or feel clean. Worst sleep I have ever had at a hotel Breakfast was not worth the extra expense after the cost of this hotel It should not have Airport in the name as it cost us $60 to get there from the airport after shuttle hours as our flight was late

Check in was seamless and the whole floor and room smelled freshly cleaned ( arrived at 8 PM). The view is great ( if you like the city). The hotel is quiet but being adjacent a Freeway there is reasonable noise when on the balcony.
