Nice hotel- clean and well run, attentive staff etc. Really ideal for the younger set (eg everything in the room controlled by an iPad), and the rooms are very small and tight- check out the pics for the bed position. In my view good for a single but too tight for a couple. And if you don’t buy the breakfast you’ll pay $4 for a cup of coffee.

This is the second time staying at the citizenm hotel and I’m always impressed by the artistic and modern vibe this hotel has to offer! The staff is honestly so kind and helpful and the hotel itself is very quiet and clean. The only thing I was having trouble with during my stay was keeping my room warm at night and casting my media to the TV, but other than that no complaints!

The hotel was so modern and clean. The rooftop and terrace are beautiful with nice views. The customer service was exceptional. One of the team members, Fausti, was professional, welcoming, and helpful with any questions and concerns. She goes above and beyond. The bar is really clean and wonderful. I will definitely stay here again in the future.
