Property was awesome. Room was super clean. View was amazing. Unfortunately, the hotel is very poorly run. Checking in was chaotic. There were 60-75 people standing in the lobby at about 4pm. I have 4 small children and we had to sit on the floor of the lobby waiting for our room to be ready. We were assured we would get into our room before 4pm and it wasnt until 4:45 until the room was ready which then made us late for dinner reservations and then late for the heat game. Upon arriving back to the room at 10:30, we called to get sheets and pillows. On 4 occasions, we called down to see where the sheets were and was aussured they were on the way, to no avail. I had to walk down to the front desk at 1145pm to personally ask for the sheets while my son had to make a makeshift bed using 2 chairs as he was exhausted and just wanted to sleep. The front desk agent was extremely rude as he just couldnt understand my frustration. We didnt get sheets until 1215am. I should have just drove home instead of wasting 600$ its really ashame the hotel is run this way. I wont even get into the coffee situation in the mornings.

The location for going to a concert at Kaseya Center was great. A member of our party was struck on the head by a faulty window shade and suffered injury. The parking is awful. The valet took an hour to get our car when checking out.

The bed sheet had a stain that looked like blood. We did not see it until the next morning. It made me sick. The heating system woke me up at 3:00 am and every hour on the hour made a loud humming noise. We told management and was told because we paid though PayPal they could adjust our bill

Very popular and busy hotel. The staff was amazing and made you feel like you were the only one there. Our TV wasn’t working when we first arrived and someone was there within 10 minutes. Would definitely book again!
