"The hotel is lovely and the staff was nice, but it was not a good experience. My room was unpleasant. My bathroom (toilet) didn’t work. There was also a problem on arrival. I had a terrible time finding the place because the hotels.com listing had no proper address. The cab driver who has worked here for decades had never heard of this tiny place. "It was a oasis away from reality. We got to celebrate my wifes birthday with beautiful scenery and delcious food. The calm yet exciting pool scene was a real motivator to wakeup in the morning. Having our room lead out to a private pool gave us zen vibes. "

Hilton Playa del Carmen, an All-Inclusive Adult Only Resort

"We had the most amazing 5 days at the Hilton adult only resort! The staff were exceptional, very friendly and accomodating to our dietary needs (gluten free). One of the managers Ana was particularly kind and often checked in to make sure we were satisfied with all services, she even called our room to thank us the night before we checked out. I would recommend this resort to anyone wanting a fun but relaxing holiday and we hope to return in the future! "

"The staff were so nice and sweet. I asked the staff if they could do something special to our room for our first vacation as a couple and they put rose petals on the bed and chocolate with champagne. I have never felt so loved and appreciated staying at a hotel. I would definitely go back again!"
