"Enjoyed the property. The rooms are spacious and clean. Staff was welcoming and accommodating. The only drawback is you’re charged for coffee in the lobby, were other hotels provided for free.In the room, you have to physically make a pot of coffee. It’s not K-cup or pod."

"Woke up at 3 am. To bites about 5 on me. 3 on the mrs. We called 2 numbers several times at 345am.emergency numbers on front door for office as no one was there.. No response. Proceeded to call 2x since. Both times they took name and number still havent got response back. Its now been 5 days withlut any akcnowldgment. Pretty upset. Please do not visit this hotel.. There were other things 2. Fridge barely cooled. Cold as hell in the rooms unless u have 2 heaters pumping. Tv gets about 3 clear...

"Parking lot was covered in dangerous ice. I blame the snowstorm but it was scary walking from my car to the entrance. The room itself was also very cold inside. Staff were able to provide an extra blanket which helped. Room was very tidy and had everything we needed inside. Very friendly customer service"
