"Went through Expedia. Bf and I live 3 hrs away and spend a night in the falls when we visit. Reserved king bed w/ Jacuzzi for $49. Showed up and after talking with the owner, staff tried to convince us that I only ordered a plain room for that price. I figured he meant no Jacuzzi. Upset, but it was late so let it slide. "Woke up at 3 am. To bites about 5 on me. 3 on the mrs. We called 2 numbers several times at 345am.emergency numbers on front door for office as no one was there.. No response. Proceeded to call 2x since. Both times they took name and number still havent got response back. Its now been 5 days withlut any akcnowldgment. Pretty upset. Please do not visit this hotel.. There were other things 2. Fridge barely cooled. Cold as hell in the rooms unless u have 2 heaters pumping. Tv gets about 3 clear...

"The property is conveniently located with markets all around. The room was neat and clean. Staff was courteous. All the appliances were working fine (Deluxe Kitchen). Cons: There was snow all around the property. Snow removal would have been good. Or at least spread salt. Room felt a little cold as we could not control temp in the room because it was centrally controlled."
