It was a nice hotel close to everything. Has a nice pool and hot tub. Unfortunately, I didn't get to use it because I checked in too late and it doesn't open until late in the morning. Restaurant on premises had good food .

The room came with a fridge and coffee maker which was very handy and they included k cups, tea and whitener/sugar packets. All staff were friendly and helpful. Free parking in a handy lot at the back was a plus. There is a back door and luggage carts to help with unloading your car. The restaurant/bar serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. There are two swimming pools (outdoor pool was closed for the season but indoor was open) Some upper floors have balconies, ground floor has sliding patio doors which may be a safety issue for some , but it locked securely and I felt safe. Reasonable price and basically across the street from Fallsview Casino and just a short trip down the hill to the falls. For the area, location and free parking I think if is a great deal. Clean and functional room, we had a pleasant stay and would return.

Great spot and was reasonably priced. Room very clean and beds were very comfortable. Most outstanding part was the restaurant. Excellent food at every meal.

The cleanliness and staff service (for the sole exception of the restaurant breakfast lady) was great... the problem is that the bathrooms were very old and needed a major renovation. There are no real views from your bedroom (it is not view of the fall for sure) but what you lack in views you gain through convenience... it is a walking distance from all places (Taco Restaurant, Walk to the falls, Breakfast places etc...). The Coco restaurant Breakfast was mediocre... so i recommend you have breakfast somewhere else (not worth the $15 dollars that you pay for)! The Morning staff were horrible.. but the night staff (pizza and dinner) were very nice and very good! The pizza was delicious even though that it lacks creativity... meaning you have many pizzas but they're almost all the same with only 1 ingredient different or 2. Aside from that, i give the hotel 3.5 stars.

Perfect distance from the falls. Breakfast was awesome. Staff very attentive and courteous. Loved the heated floor in our 1st floor bathroom. Didn’t like being able to hear walking and thumping from room above us.
