"Everyone at the front seat was nice, warm, and approachable. Security was very patient with all the drunk and semi-rude people we saw. I felt bad for them because I felt like they were being slightly mistreated by those guests, and they still just remained calm. The only negative thing was the “eco friendly” shampoo and soap was not filled. We had no body wash. I ended up just using shampoo, so it wasn’t a big deal. Didn’t call room service because it was super late and I didn’t want to wait. We were on the 14th floor city view. Room was bigger than I expect and the view was great! Also one elevator was out and there are only 2 elevators for the upper floors so it took a bit of time to wait for an elevator when it was busy. Overall the stay was great! "

"We had an amazing time at this place. It was clean , decent and very affordable. I can definitely see us booking this hotel again soon. The only issues i had is it wasn't plowed, it looked like there was very poor renovations( ie. Spaces in tiles on flooring, shotty workmanship in repairs , had a noise complaint which made no sense,and pool was closed SINCE COVID) Other than that everything else was great. It had a huge bed, FREE parking, pho restaurant and sex shop across the street,friendly hosts, a microwave, fridge, Netflix, on main level, and i loooved the heart shaped jacuzzi we spent many hours in it. It was close to everything without being too close to everything. "
