"We had an amazing stay, staff was beyond friendly this visit and house keeping staff especially were 10 star staff!!!! So awesome and they all made our stsy way better than our last stay with them. Glad we chose to give it another go as its so convenient here …. We go to the spa regularly and i decided to start making a weekend or night of it and my grandson tags along to enjoy the water park But i hope the staff sees this especially Cindy from the front desk!!! She started the stay off by ensuring my second booking was attached to the room we stayed in for our first booking (i decided last minute to add an extra night) Thanks again and we are now delighted to enjoy the hotel on another visit "

"We were very pleased with our stay. Excellent customer service. The room was very clean as well as the hotel. the only thing that came as a surprise was parking was $45.00 a night. I just missed that, but everything else was wonderful. "
