"Went through Expedia. Bf and I live 3 hrs away and spend a night in the falls when we visit. Reserved king bed w/ Jacuzzi for $49. Showed up and after talking with the owner, staff tried to convince us that I only ordered a plain room for that price. I figured he meant no Jacuzzi. Upset, but it was late so let it slide. Get to the room. Two queens. I said no, we reserved a king. He said King would be $20 more. I said no it's what I reserved, he said that has Jacuzzi, so will be $20 more. I said...

"Woke up at 3 am. To bites about 5 on me. 3 on the mrs. We called 2 numbers several times at 345am.emergency numbers on front door for office as no one was there.. No response. Proceeded to call 2x since. Both times they took name and number still havent got response back. Its now been 5 days withlut any akcnowldgment. Pretty upset. Please do not visit this hotel.. There were other things 2. Fridge barely cooled. Cold as hell in the rooms unless u have 2 heaters pumping. Tv gets about 3 clear...
