"Very convenient hotel the closest to the falls. The bad reviews about breakfast totally false. Breakfast was very tasty hot and a nice assortment. They had a lot of staff available to help breakfast smoothly. Super organized it is just a big hotel that they are offering free breakfast if you don’t get there early expect a wait. Everything walkable from hotel. Don’t upgrade for higher floors. With 44 floors it takes a while to get room and you spend the day looking at the falls up close. "

"Great hotel. Resturaunts, starbucks and the plaza (with shopping, timmies, etc) with the Casino is accessable from the Hotel. Friendly staff. Only downside is there is no microwave. Also if you dont pay for vallet, you have to pay for parking either accross the street or about a 5 min walk away if that is full. "

"Travelled with my family and brought our dog for the first time. Pet fees were reasonable and property was clean. Staff was friendly and very helpful for any questions we asked. Area was a little far away from clifton hills but would be walkable in the warmer weather. Overall for the price we would stay here again. "

"We really enjoyed our stay but were surprised that our booking was in US dollars so when converted to Canadian it was a lot more then expected. Also an additional fee of 25 dollars on a large empty parking lot was added."
