"Overall our 4 days and 3 nights was good the only issues was because i reserve it since Last January and the Visa card that i use that time was expired so theh downgrade the original room that i reserved! which was a 2 queen size bed to a one King bed (we are 3 adults) so the other person dont have a bed to sleep with!!, and the agent didnot explain to me everything these, be mindful also that they will get a security deposit for your stay which apparently would be refunded after your check out at the hotel, we like that breakfast is included already for us kitchen staff are all welcoming, the hotel is walkable to all the Famous Places so overall our stay i could say is good at this hotel"

"Check in clerk was amazing. Courteous, knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Did her best to give us a great room with a view. Close to OLG stage on second floor of north tower. Food was great at Watermark and lovely view. Our server was also very good for the same reasons as check in clerk. A bit pricey though. Only complaint was the chair in our room wasn’t clean. Bathroom was spotless."
