Showed up and after talking with the owner, staff tried to convince us that I only ordered a plain room for that price. I figured he meant no Jacuzzi. Upset, but it was late so let it slide. Get to the room. Two queens. I said no, we reserved a king. He said King would be $20 more. I said no it's what I reserved, he said that has Jacuzzi, so will be $20 more. I said...
