Property was located close to most things. Jacuzzi was ok but convenient as in our room. The pool was a disappointment as the area was very cold and unable to enjoy because of it.

The location is amazing. We stayed in a room on the main floor close to an exit. In the morning we woke up to the door opening and closing but that’s the only negative. The room was clean and nice. Within walking distance to everything!

Front desk staff were incredible. We forgot a phone charger so we borrowed one for the night. Steps away from Clifton Hill and all the fun. We both had a great time, just wish the indoor pool was open a bit later.

I like that it was right in the middle of everything that was ongoing and so close to a walk to the waterfalls as well. What I didn’t like is that they said it was a queen bed and it looked like a full size bed, way too small.

Been here before and same experience, I rate it a 4.3 personally as parking plus the breakfast isn’t complementary it’s per person extra but overall same great experience I had years ago. I used to live in Niagara Falls so this is the only hotel I prefer close to Clifton hill . It’s walking distance from there, clean and staff are very respectful.
