"CHECK IN was easy, The staff was great, the rooms were good, beds and pillows very comfortable, TV was confusing on how to use it at first but we figured it out. THE pool was too cold to swim and hot tub out of order. I would stay again. Breakfast was good..we love homemade waffles"

"Went through Expedia. Bf and I live 3 hrs away and spend a night in the falls when we visit. Reserved king bed w/ Jacuzzi for $49. Showed up and after talking with the owner, staff tried to convince us that I only ordered a plain room for that price. I figured he meant no Jacuzzi. Upset, but it was late so let it slide. Get to the room. Two queens. I said no, we reserved a king. He said King would be $20 more. I said no it's what I reserved, he said that has Jacuzzi, so will be $20 more. I said...

"No one ever at desk, couldn’t get help when needed. No heat in the rooms. Hot and cold water were reversed. Room reservation did not match the room given. Host wouldn’t answer messages. No remote for tv. Wifi was weak and wouldn’t connect, had to use hotspot. "
