"Parking was a bit of a pain but otherwise we really enjoyed it! I was initially dissuaded by the 8.0 rating, however we’re glad we stayed here. The staff was super friendly and accommodating!"

"Overall it was enjoyable stay. It was outing with the family and kids enjoyed the waterpark and it was convenient to walk to the waterpark with connecting bridge from the hotel. Rooms and furnishings could get updates as they are a bit old and you could tell by the conditions but we only stayed in the room to wind down during the night and to have a proper bath so it wasn't much of an issue. We opted to go out for the meals as there is only one option in the hotel but not necessarily a concern...
