"I had an unforgettable stay at the Oakes Hotel in Niagara Falls, especially given the snowy weather during Family Day weekend. The check-in staff were fantastic, setting the tone for a great stay. When I first arrived at my room, the layout was a little unusual, but it made for a fun story to share. At first, the windows were frozen over, so I couldn't enjoy the iconic view of the falls, which was a bit of a letdown. However, after exploring the area for a few hours, I returned to the most magical sight—the falls in all their glory, visible through my windows! The experience was truly special, and I’ll always cherish the memories. I would definitely recommend this hotel, and I can’t wait to return someday."

"Great family weekend Close to many amenities And restaurants!! Hot tub was hot!! Beds are super comfy and fridge and microwave in rooms for convenience. Showers were nice and hot with luxurious towels and toiletries provided. Arcade for kids and climber. "

"We stayed here to a quick couple’s weekend getaway. We loved that it had Morton’s onsite as well as a Starbucks. The room was very nice with a great view of the falls (stayed on the 7th floor). While the mattress could stand to be replaced, the jacuzzi and shower made up for that."
