"Nice flat in an excellent location. 20 minutes or less to all the sights. The beds were reasonably comfortable and 5 adults fit nicely.Our only negatives were a persistent musty smell from some kind of leak outside the master bathroom and us rural Americans not being used to small showers and limited hot water."

"my experience was generally positive. my room was comfortable if a bit sparse and minimalistic. the room rate seemed to be on the high side for the level of comfort but i may be out of date on London prices. the buffet breakfast was just about ok but I would have expected better. I would have expected a better quality offering bearing in mind the cost of the room."

"Children can use spa any time up to 8:30pm. I like it no prebook to spa/gym, just turn up when you feel like. Would be good if check out time is 12pm like Hilton. because spa opens at 9:30am and breakfast finishes at 10am. "
