The house was terrific, layout was great for our needs, and there were plenty of everything to self-cater for a week. We had some issues with the heater the first couple of days and nights, but the hosts were extremely active in communicating with us to try simple solutions, and in the end they brought in a professional repair technician who promptly fixed an issue in the boiler. "We stayed for the London landmarks half marathon, as a member of park plaza, we got an upgrade on the room! Which was a nice high floor! Unfortunately it was facing another room! The room wasn’t serviced during our two nights stay, the bed was okay but seemed like a double. Breakfast was expensive but wasn’t really worth the £25pp. The staff for the bar were great!"
