"It was a mixed bag. We had 2 rooms - one was great, one said newly renovated but looked anything like it (had old bathtub, small etc). Bellboy was not helpful, but people at the desk were helpful. Far from tourist attractions, but redeeming factor was the shuttle bus running every 15 mins that goes to osaka station. "

But there was a Onsen on the top floor to relax after a long day that stayed open till quite late. It's also quite close to Osaka station and umeda station. You can take the underground walkway to go directly in front of the hotel (exit M14) Do note that it's right in the middle of the red light district if you mind that."
