"Just stayed here for two nights. From check in to check out it’s all digital. This make the staff rather unfriendly. Only a few staff speak English so it’s even harder to communicate. When my friend checked out he went to the reception and instead of taking his cards staff took him to the express drop box and handed cards back to him pointing to the box to ask him drop in. Staff could have just took him there and dropped into the box. We found it very unfriendly. "
