"Great location about 1.5 miles or a $6 cab ride to the malecon. Close to the airport 15 mins if there’s some traffic. The Versailles neighborhood is right up the street with a lot of options for food if you do not want to do AI everyday. Rooms were clean a bit noisy at night from the entertainment at dreams or secrets depending on the night but everything wrapped up by 11. "We appreciated the surroundings. The wait staff at the pool (Eduardo) was amazing. The hot tub in the suite needed some updating. We did not appreciate the concierge (sales) staff being so pushy about going in their sales tour, requiring a deposit to go on the tour (no other presentation we have been on ever required that) and when we said no multiple times there were no less than 3 persons trying to convince us we needed to go on the tour in order to enjoy visiting Puerto Vallarta. "
