"The staff and service were lovely. The hotel itself was disappointing. Our room was dated and furnished in a way that I would not expect from a luxury hotel. The room had no view, and was situated next to housekeeping and maintenance closets that were used from early morning to late at night. Despite the great service, there's no way I would choose to stay at this hotel again."
