Fantastic hotel, we loved that it was pet-friendly, our dog loved to walk out the pedestrian entrance. Beautiful clean and well-furnished room (plenty of space for our travel crib), wonderful staff, clean pool and facilities. My wife is celiac and the restaurant team took amazing care of her (especially Beatriz & Raul :) even homemade gluten-free brownies and bread! We were blown away, can't wait to come back. Just had the BEST time at the friendly! Staff was super nice, drinks were great, rooms were clean and air conditioned, plenty of comfy spots to relax, lots of pool/hot tub options, right on the beach, and some decent options for food! There are two restaurants where you need to get reservations the day before and it is very worth it! Music most nights on a dance floor which is super fun. Would highly recommend this place to others for an all-inclusive experience!

We loved our time here but they could change a couple things. They have no place to play cards and the main area is so noisy chairs and voices echo and are almost unbearable. The food was good, taco restaurant was Awsome. The barbecues were well done, had delicious fish one night, another a fiesta which was great. Didn’t try the specialty restaurants. Found it hard to know how to book these. We were there for 10 days and enjoyed our holliday

Ignore the bad reviews if you are someone who is easy-going and wants to have good service and a great beachfront location. I travelled with my three year-old and we had a great time! The waiters are so quick to bring you drinks right to you on the beach, most of the vacationers are over 60, which I love because a lot of of them have great vibes and are there for a good time! Lots of locals as well! We had a great time and I'm so glad we didn't listen to the negative reviews. My only downfall is the buffet is quite minimal and there aren't many food options… That's my biggest complaint. The rooms are super basic as well, but the outside pool and beach area were so great! It's a smaller resort so you get to know everybody really quickly which I loved.
