"Great value for location! There is no coffee, wifi or fridge in the room. Wifi is pretty decent in common areas. Lots of seating on beach. Restaurant food was alright, but pricey as were drinks. Servers were all lovely. "

"It’s a bit overpriced for what it is in my opinion although I have stayed here twice. They nickle and dime you on the most random things. The pool and the Mantamar access make it ideal. The whole “I’m your concierge” thing at check-in is really just a time share attempt- that’s the biggest turn off. Don’t tell me you are a concierge, just tell me you are a time share salesperson. They almost force you to go through the speech unless you stand firm. There is no real concierge here. "

"Realy fantastic pools and great rooms. Only issue for me was the mattress quality. The beds are for foreigners extremely hard. It’s like sleeping on the floor… no quality mattress. Checked and it was from Spring Air, which is known to be the bottom of the line cheap mattress. Does not reflect the quality of the Maxwell good experience I did enjoy. "

"The resort staff were all so nice and genuinely happy to help you. Ricardo at La Ribera restaurant took such good care of us.The grounds are perfectly manicured and absolutely beautiful. It seriously looks like Disneyland. This was our second time here and we absolutely love this place. We can't say enough good things about it. That's why it has such good reviews."

Hilton Vallarta Riviera All-Inclusive Resort, Puerto Vallarta

"This was a step down from what I experienced in Cancun but I was told that is too be expected. Staff was great. Food was good but they did close some of the restaurants for dinner. One was about to be remodeled and others were closed because there weren't enough guests to justify keeping them all open. I am luck that this only happened on my last day. I would recommend this hotel if you understand that resorts in this location are not as luxurious as the equivalent resort in Cancun."
