"Stayed here 4 times. Its everything we need in a place to stay. The staff is so wonderful. We live that some of the staff recognizes us each time. The poolside staff is always on top of drinks and food. They definitely go above and beyond! My only complaint is the noise at night. People who are oblivious to others and being loud in the hallways. Also the music in the lobby that goes until late was very loud. Earplugs are a must"

"The hotel was clean. The hotel room (standard) was spacious, the double beds were fairly comfortable, plenty of hot water for a shower. I liked that a 10-gallon bottled water station was available in the hallway to fill our bottles. Pool area is pleasant. Staff is kind. Not the fanciest hotel in PV, but clean and quiet. For the price we paid, I would rate it an 8 on 10."

"I liked the staff and activities. I stayed in VIP we did not receive any extra benefits. Did not know what benefits were available. No information! We had 3 other rooms with family members on the upper floors they seemed to have more. We had no orientation when we checked in had no idea what VIP service was. We came for family vacation but the Italian restaurant is adult only. All children love Italian! Secrets is the adult only why does Dreams have to have an adult only!!!! Send adults over to...
