"We had an amazing time at Canto Del Sol. The staff was helpful and friendly, the daily and nightly entertainment was fun and engaging, beautiful grounds and the pools were clean. The buffet was good with a nice assortment of foods. The a la carte restaurants were top notch food and service. Book those early in your stay as we didn't get to try one of them that we wanted. We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite in the mountain section. This was the only disappointment of the trip. Although the room was clean, everything was very old. The kitchen needs to be removed as it wasn't stocked with anything usable, and really who needs a kitchen at an all inclusive? The tubs and sinks all need replacing, none of them had working stoppers. Even cheap simple things, that are easy to fix,like a missing knob to pull for the shower, as well as shower curtain rod clips. We thought about buying a set for them while we were there. The beds were old, but still comfortable. We didn't go to Mexico to spend our days inside though, so it really wasn't a big deal for us. The experience of everything else overshadows the minor inconveniences, but i could see some people making a big deal over this. Would definitely stay there again, but maybe try a different section of the resort than the mountain suites"

The a la carte restaurants are all great and it is easy to get dinner reservations. The staff are friendly and helpful. We love this resort!"

"The staff was amazing! Mario was the best and i will come back to this resort the only thing I did not know and the only thing I didn't like was in the restaurants. You had to leave gratuity like if you were at a restaurant at home so I didn't like that. That was not included, but overall, an amazing place"
