"We liked that it was close to downtown Puerta Vallarta. The size of the property was perfect. Entertainment during the day and evening were great as was the food and service. Everybody was very friendly. The only thing we didn’t like was that the multiple weddings took away space for the paying guests to enjoy the sun tanning beds."

The room had no view, and was situated next to housekeeping and maintenance closets that were used from early morning to late at night. Despite the great service, there's no way I would choose to stay at this hotel again."

"The place is nice, the staff are very friendly, the location couldn't be any better. The food is pretty good and they change it out. There was one waitress that was a bit rude. But other than her there were like 20 that were incredibly helpful, friendly and kind. "

"We stayed foe a week and enjoyed it. The food options are well above average at each restaurant and the Fresca Cafe was awesome for snacka, treats and light breakfast. Shout out to Gabriel for great poolside service and care and to Alex, for making great pizzas and conversations. Be aware that all rooms are connected, ao if your neighbors are loud, it will suck. Also, they only serve 2 beers, which is really bad and should change."
