The people and staff here are so kind and wonderful - impressively most are bilingual and english accommodated. "We’ve been to this resort multiple times over multiple years. The staff is great and has tenure. There’s a couple hiccups along the way but they are always ready willing and able to make it right. It’s great for the kids and we always have a great time. There’s a wedding almost every night but they shut it down at about 10pm. We’ll be back again next year!"

"When we arrived we received the wrong room , then paid to be accommodated into another one which was a double bed but all that was available, the room was not properly cleaned food was left in fridge from prior guest. It’s very inconvenient that you cannot just go eat at the restaurants you have to go make reservations daily , the only thing that is available is the buffet and buffet as well is the only place you can go for breakfast which wasn’t properly explained when I booked wasn’t used to...
