"Stayed here 4 times. Its everything we need in a place to stay. The staff is so wonderful. We live that some of the staff recognizes us each time. The poolside staff is always on top of drinks and food. They definitely go above and beyond! My only complaint is the noise at night. People who are oblivious to others and being loud in the hallways. Also the music in the lobby that goes until late was very loud. Earplugs are a must"

"I liked the staff and activities. I stayed in VIP we did not receive any extra benefits. Did not know what benefits were available. No information! We had 3 other rooms with family members on the upper floors they seemed to have more. We had no orientation when we checked in had no idea what VIP service was. "We had an amazing time at Canto Del Sol. The staff was helpful and friendly, the daily and nightly entertainment was fun and engaging, beautiful grounds and the pools were clean. The buffet was good with a nice assortment of foods. The a la carte restaurants were top notch food and service. Book those early in your stay as we didn't get to try one of them that we wanted.
