"We come here every year because we love this resort and Mismaloya. Staff is excellent as always, and we see many of the same friendly faces every year. The building is starting to show more wear and tear than usual. "The panoramic suite is AMAAAAZING!! Bonnie at the concierge is extremely lovely and helpful. The property is beautiful! Being so close to Los Arcos is incredible with November to January being the best months. Two warnings: 1. The beach is small is very very rocky. Bring water shoes with a hard bottom. 2. The hotel says tipping is included but every bill they expect further tipping AND when you check your final bill they don’t match. Be careful!"
