The beds were comfortable. The view was spectacular. Our children and their families stayed in panoramic suites and they were awesome. So much room. The food was excellent. Room service was great. Pool side service was great. The weather was great. We would definitely book another vacation here."

"Have been staying here for past 15 years whenever I come to Mexico. Such a lovely spot. The staff is wonderful, kind and attentive. The grounds are beautiful. The Hotel itself is definitely due for some upgrades (painting, furniture and carpentry, magnetics on door cards) but I don’t really care. After all, who stays in their room much of the time when in Mexico anyway? I love this place.."

I took one star off only because even though they have very good restaurants most of soups and salsas are made with a chicken base. As an chicken allergic person that took lots of good food off my reach. "

"Wow. We stayed a couple nights here looking for a relaxing place to workout, play tennis, sit/drink by the pool, enjoy some good food - and this checked all the boxes. The people and staff here are so kind and wonderful - impressively most are bilingual and english accommodated. We loved the various dining options across both Secrets & Dreams sides - incuding the cafes that serve yummy snacks and drinks. "Truly a boutique hotel!!! The staff treats you like family!! For real. The location couldn’t be any better. You can walk safely in a quaint town to many restaurants snacks shops ect…. Peppe’s tacos are absolutely amazing. Al Pastor like never before!!! You can also walk maybe 10 minutes to the malecon!! So fun!!! "
