"This is a great property, beautifully located by the sea. Wonderful friendly attentive staff. For an all inclusive resort, the food could certainly be better but it is still a nice convenience to have all these buffets (breakfast, lunch, snacks and dinner) We even had a surprise visit by some humpback whales at the beach resort !! The hotel is great in organizing daily fun activities and quality evening shows (like circus night, latin dance shows and many others). The only letdown was on our last day, and upon checkout, the treatment that we received (after having stayed at the property for a week). We had some delayed returned flights and the hotel management was rather unfriendly and uncooperative in having us enjoy the resort that last day while waiting for our flights. Otherwise a marvellous stay and memories that we will always treasure! Thank you Las Palmas by The Sea! Muchas gracias Puerto Vallarta!!"
