"The property itself was excellent. Rooms were clean, mattress was comfortable, A/C worked always pumping cold no issues with it, balcony is a good addition, family friendly, pools were always clean, staff was on point, access to the beach is up against the property and it was quiet at 11pm. we enjoyed our stay very much and will definitely book there again. Ate at the Mexican restaurant once and never went back. Not complaining bc it was free but if had paid for lunch I would have been mad. Overall I would rate this hotel 5 stars "

"We recently spent three nights at Las Palmas by the Sea, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The resort’s beachfront location in Puerto Vallarta’s South Hotel Zone is ideal, offering easy access to the beach and nearby attractions. The beach area was clean and easily accessible. The resort features two pools, including an adults-only pool, which provided a relaxing environment."

"Food was the worst that I’ve ever had. I just arrived and made it to dinner, dinner was a mix of breakfast cereal and some pastas and salads. From the living room, all I hear are the doors slamming when someone closes their door. The noise is fine everywhere else in the suite. The couches and tables are a bit run down. One bathroom smelled bad. The one thing I did like was the walk from the counter check in to the room is nice with all the trees and plants. Since I already checked in, I cant cancel my reservation. I will not stay here again. "

"Much much better than expected! The location was great, and the property itself was spacious with plenty to enjoy. There was a nice variety of food options, including morning smoothies and ice cream, which was a hit. The entertainment was fun, and the pools were thoughtfully designed— a small kiddie pool, a larger family pool, and two adults-only pools. Our room was quite large and offered a fantastic view of the beach and ocean. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful, and the on-site coffee café was amazing. Would absolutely love to come back again!"
