"The location was perfect for access to Macy's parade and close to Broadway, times square. Suggestions to head to the Macy's parade extremely early for close access to the parade, NYC is busy city with lots of folks and all are heading to the same main event on Thanksgiving day. "

Ordered cab from front desk to leave ..next day...no problems Need to drop off luggage..no problem. Very convenient! Enjoy your site seeing!! Ps it's New York..it will be noisy lol "

"Customer service is great. Very helpful worker. They clean the room everyday. Very accommodating. Overall service and staying is great. Only I didn’t like it’s a lot of homeless sleeping and staying outside in front of the hotel during the day."
