Staff was great with helping accommodate my reservations. Biggest thanks to Crystal for helping with a last minute reservation. The property is right in the mix of everything. Walking distance from Madison Square garden and Time Square. Tons a food and shopping options close by as well. Great experience.

The room I booked was switched for a smaller one and when I reached out to the manager twice, I never got a response. There was also black mold in the shower and stains on the sheets. Very dissatisfied with the stay conditions.

Had reserved a king size bedroom for my wife and I, was given a family room for 8, with bunk beds! Then was given a room with 2 queen beds. Then, at 1am the heater broke, in a cold 25° NYC night, technician came, couldn’t get it to start so got the spare started, which blew hot air on my wife and I still had to sleep with clothes on the other side of the room. This property advertises itself as “sophisticated”. It is decidedly not.
